As a Product Manager, we use Problem and ‘How Might We’ statements to frame problems and opportunities. I have heard what we are trying to solve, called pain relievers and gain creators.

I have wanted a camper trailer for a long while now, so I can jump in the car and spend a few days away when I have the time, go mountain biking, take photos and generally be somewhere new. I have travelled the world, but not seen enough of Australia, but I also want to work from where I stay.

I am a single dad who works from home most of the time. So I have time during the week when I don’t need to be in an office or at home. Plus, it is cheaper to stay at a caravan park during the week and there are fewer people around.

So, I went back and looked at my problem and opportunities which I had written down.

How Might We…. have a place to work from that is easily transportable, light weight, so I take it more often than not, has room for a desk and proper chair, plus a bed and kitchen, that I can go anywhere and stay for multiple nights instead of using expensive cabins.

I wonder how many people would want an ‘Office on Wheels’ that also can serve as a camper trailer / caravan?
